EMSE undergraduate team wins IEEE Best Paper Award at SE Symposium

Four EMSE undergraduate students won a Best Paper Award for their Senior Design Project at the IEEE Systems and Information Engineering Design Symposium, held at the University of Virginia, on April 29, 2022. They developed a multi-criteria decision analysis tool for capital planning and prioritization of WMATA facilities and assets. The EMSE student team competed with other US universities and bagged the Best Paper Award in the Optimization, Simulation, and Decision Analysis Track.
