Biomedical Engineering - Senior
Hello! My name is Helen, and I’m from Fairfax, Virginia. I’m a senior biomedical engineering student. I researched in Professor Efimov’s Cardiac Engineering Laboratory on a project creating and testing bioresorbable leadless battery-free pacemakers for neonatal and pediatric electrotherapy. I loved the experience and am now getting involved in Professor Sarkar’s Lab. I am also a member of the University Honors Program and the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers as well as a SEAS Together tutor. When I’m not in SEH, I’m weight lifting, having a movie night with friends, or finding new places to eat :).
